SISSSCO101 - Develop and update knowledge of coaching practices (30 hours)

 

 

Coaching Elective for units 3 & 4 Certificate III in Sport and Recreation

 

 

 

This elective:

 

• Is a broad coaching unit that is delivered at VCE unit 3 & 4 level. It focuses on many different activities and sports and gives students flexibility to participate in a unit that suits their interests and abilities

 

• Covers providing equipment, maintaining equipment and delivering a range of programs to students from inside and outside of the school.

 

• Is a perfect elective for units 3 & 4 as it allows us to design our program in a manner so as to ensure total engagement on a weekly basis throughout the year.

 

• It has the required amount of hours and units for VASS purposes.
